Licenses (No.44, 61 and 42) were granted by DTCP to develop Group Housing in 2009 and 2011.

Crescent
Parc
launched.

OC was obtained and Phase 1 & 2 units were handed over in
2014 - 15.

2018

OC was obtained and 5 Towers (T1 to T5) of Phase 3 were handed over during 2018

Work was stopped at site since 2018 due to financial issues 2021 - Financial Creditor (ACRE) filed for CIRP and NCLT admitted the company into CIRP on 10th March
